Each curtain is created from natural bamboo stalks cut into approximately 2.5-inch sections.
The individual bamboo beads are:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If the carrier allows you to note visible shipping damage at the time of delivery, please do so before accepting the shipment.

Missing Parts or Multiple Packages

Before reporting missing components, please:
