• You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

• UK: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Furniture and oversized items may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier delays, remote delivery locations, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Carriers

LumeraHome works with reliable domestic and international shipping partners. The carrier used for your order will depend on your destination, product size, warehouse location, and available shipping service.

Furniture and oversized products may be shipped using specialized parcel or freight carriers when required.

Furniture & Oversized Item Delivery

Some LumeraHome products may be classified as oversized or bulky items.

For these products:

• Delivery methods may differ from standard parcel shipping.
• Some items may arrive in multiple packages.
• Assembly may be required unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Customers should review all product dimensions before ordering to ensure the item can fit through doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, and the intended placement area.
• Delivery does not automatically include assembly, room placement, or removal of packaging unless specifically stated at checkout or on the product page.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

LumeraHome does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by local authorities.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

LumeraHome is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or transferred to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your package and furniture as soon as possible after delivery.

If there is visible damage to the outer packaging:

• Take clear photographs of the packaging before opening it.
• Photograph any damage to the product.
• Keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
• Contact LumeraHome customer support as soon as possible with your order number and photographs.

If the carrier allows you to note visible shipping damage at the time of delivery, please do so before accepting the shipment.

For severely damaged freight or oversized deliveries, you may refuse delivery when appropriate and immediately contact us for assistance.

Missing Parts or Multiple Packages

Some furniture may be shipped in more than one package, and individual packages may arrive separately.

Before reporting missing components, please:

• Review your tracking information for additional packages.
• Check the product instructions and package contents.
• Confirm that all delivered cartons have been opened and inspected.

If parts are still missing, contact us with your order number, product name, and details of the missing item.

Lost Packages

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist with the carrier investigation when applicable.

Customers may also be asked to contact the local carrier directly when additional delivery information is required.

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
